Today marks the 69th anniversary of a day President Franklin Delano Roosevelt said would “forever live in infamy.” It was a day that eventually sent my great-grandfather, grandparents and ancestors to a Japanese American Internment Camp at Manzanar, where my Great-Grandpa served as a cook.
